1. Our Philosophy

At The Alien Cantina, we want your experience to be as thrilling as a jump to hyperspace. If something didn’t meet your expectations, we’ll work hard to make it right—quickly, fairly, and transparently.

2. Scope

This policy applies to purchases made directly on TheAlienCantina.com (the “In‑House Store”). Products purchased through affiliate links or external marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, AliExpress, etc.) are governed by the policies of the respective seller or platform; please contact them directly for assistance.

3. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange on any eligible product. After 30 days, we can’t guarantee a full refund.

4. Eligibility Requirements

To complete your return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  2. A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  3. Vintage collectibles are returnable only if damaged in transit or if the listing description was materially inaccurate.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or download codes.
  • Items marked final sale or non‑returnable.

5. Step‑by‑Step Process

  1. Contact our team: Email info@thealiencantina.com with the subject “Return Order #______” and include photos if the item is damaged.
  2. RMA Number: We’ll respond within 1‑2 business days with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  3. Pack and ship the item securely, including the printed return form or a note with your RMA.
  4. Return shipping: You’re responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend a trackable service; we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.
  5. Inspection: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  6. Refund: If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5‑10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size/variant when available. Follow the return process in Section 5.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery with the carrier. If you accept and discover internal damage, contact us with photos within 48 hours so we can file a claim.

8. Shipping Costs

  • Change‑of‑mind returns: Customer pays return shipping.
  • Our errors or defective items: We cover return and replacement shipping.

9. International Returns

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees that are non‑refundable. Refunds will cover the price paid for the product only, excluding shipping and customs fees.

10. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Follow the steps in Section 5 to exercise this right.
